From Chapter Five’s website: Moving with your breath doesn’t always mean moving quickly. This class is an opportunity to explore breath as you move through gentle yoga postures at a slower pace. Connecting breath to movement with intention and alignment awareness, Slow Flow allows you to dive deeper into breath and body sensation while also helping to calm your nervous system.
